Blogger Poll - I Want to Hear From You!

Hello, ladies! I have a question for you and am eager to hear your responses. If you blog about it, post a comment so I can check it out asap.

An ex-boyfriend that I no longer talk to has been posting comments on my blog. I think it's creepy. Is this a common experience? What do you think when this happens? How do you deal with it? I've been thinking about different things I could do in response, but then that just encourages the bastard, doesn't it? I can't wait to hear from you!

- Penny

And p.s. they're not even nice comments. They're antagonistic. And snarky. Sigh.

Hmmm, that's an interesting one. Yes, I think it's a bit creepy especially since you don't talk. Did you end on a friendly note, or badly? If badly, I'd just trash him and tell him to go away. Or start writing embarrassing stories about him! ;-) Ok, sorry, those are immature responses, but sometimes an eye for an eye is needed. Or you could simply ignore him, but where is the fun in that?

I would send him a polite warning. If that doesn't work, warn him that you will be posting embarrasing things about him on your blog. Can you block him?

Thanks for the comments, girls! DG, our friendship ended badly which makes it super annoying that he's bugging me on my blog. And actually weird that he's even reading it. CG, I can't block him! Boo. I've just been deleting the comments. And I could change the settings for comments on my blog, but I don't want to let the jerk change my blog, you know? Maybe this post will be his polite warning...we'll see...

Hopefully he'll take this as the hint. If not then just ignore it. If he doesn't get a reaction out of you I can see him keeping it up for too long.

*can't* see him keeping it up for too long.

Whoops. That was an unfortunate typo. :) But seriously, no rise; no reward. He should get it out of his system.

That is WEIRD. Especially if it ended badly. Maybe dude is bitter that you're so happy. Sounds like somebody needs a nice dose of "move the eff on." I hope this post was just what he needed to see that! :)

I want you to know that if I opened up your blog after months of not doing so, and saw "weekend equals, kick ass" again, I was gonna hurl :)

SO glad you're back, I'm gonna try and get back in it too.

I will post a question in a bit, but need to read and get caught up first...
